Having enjoyed for many years coaching & mentoring colleagues, customers and partners – from SMEs to worldwide enterprises – on a business-outcome basis to help them to successfully optimise their sales and business skills and operations we have decided to do this independently having recently left HP/HPE/Micro Focus.

Our approach to any engagement is very much Business-Outcome driven whereby we jointly agree what is the outcome that is being sought, be that:

  • a review of how your value proposition is articulated and/or how to align sales with it
  • improved or optimised selling skills
  • a review of your business model along with any suggestions on whether it could be optimised
  • simply helping to review existing opportunities to provide suggestions on how best to pursue and close them

after which we would make a proposal on how best to achieve the required outcome and work with you to execute any subsequent plan.
